Great Dane, Pit Bull, American Bully, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Doberman, Rottweiler, Akita, Siberian Husky, Alaskan Malamute, German Shepherd, Mastiff (Cane Corso), Chow or any wolf hybrid are not allowed. McHenry Square is a pet friendly community where we welcome cats and dogs. We allow a maximum of 2 pets per residence. Pet rent is $15 per pet per month and there is a one-time pet fee of $300 for 1 pet and $400 for 2 pets. There is a 60 lb weight limit for dogs and certain breeds and mixes are prohibited. Great Dane, Pit Bull, American Bully, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Doberman, Rottweiler, Akita, Siberian Husky, Alaskan Malamute, German Shepherd, Mastiff (Cane Corso), Chow or any wolf hybrid are not allowed. We do not allow any exotic species or other types of pets. Please reach out to the leasing office with questions about other pets. This property partners with PooPrints to offer its residents a cleaner community. Dog owners will have their pup’s cheek swabbed at move-in. The DNA sample is sent to the PooPrints lab to be registered into their database. Unscooped droppings on property will be sent to the lab to ID the “poop”ertrator. Hefty fines are imposed to those who do not pick up after their pup.
