Being charged for PTA Silver for months

Nina is very rude; she wants to lead and rule the conversation. She does not seem to enjoy the parts of her job that deal with tenant issues. Please be more willing to allow the tenant to speak and do not attempt to be so short and abrupt. Please remember, that as much as you do not want to be bothered, the tenant does not want to have to call the office or visit the office with their issues. Alas, the tenant is the one paying the high rent to live in this community which allows you to receive your salary.

Exceptionally well-maintained apartments!

Christina has been amazing since I moved in about 7 months ago! She’s always pleasant to chat with and if I need any kind of maintenance done on my apartment she assures it gets done in a timely manner! With a smile!!!!

This has been such a great living experience for myself and my daughter. Nina is so welcoming and always goes above and beyond to make sure issues are always taken care of quickly. The rest of the office staff have always willingly stepped in whenever I have any concerns. This is the beat community in this area!
