Review

I have lived here for over three years and i can tell you that the maintenance and location are my favorite things. The maintenance team is swift with response, location is great but the rising cost is not worth he units if they are not upgrading all.

Okay place to live for value

Ive been living in this complex for about 3 years. With that being said, I have seen multiple changes from management to maintenance. Any issues that I have had with this apartment complex have been accommodated for. I can say as a pet owner, though that I would appreciate if the office showed more attention to our dog park as it is just a fenced off patch of dirt that used to be a spot for the trash.

Resident air conditionong concern.

So far it's been good but I've only been here for a couple months. Have concerns about the air conditioning it is very loud and runs on and off at about 10 to 15 minute intervals to maintain temperature, way to often I believe. The thermostat is only 3 feet from the the cold air output registrator on the same wall and above the thermostat. That set up is not conducive to a constant and efficient temperatue throughout a large room so my concern is cost of operation in our hot months.
