Apartment Review
I have really loved living at the Residence. The staff here is on top of everything, if there is an issue just ask and it will be fixed. The concierge are so helpful and friendly. The overall apartment is very nice and spacious and quiet. I have enjoyed every second of living here.
Magnificent location and friendly staff
We have lived here more than 6 years and really love the building and views from our corner unit. Swimming pool and BBQ areas are the best after the scenery from our apartment. Friendly staff and places are generally kept very clean.
My Home
I have lived at this property now for close to 6 years and it feels like home. Apart from a few minor inconveniences and issues, its been a very pleasant experience! Currently I would like to see the gym and grill area be upgraded/maintained better. Also we have a very rude woman at the concierge desk in the north tower. Other than that I truly love the Residence.
Solid, Needs Work
I have lived at The Residence for a year. I have truly enjoyed my time at the Residence, although for the price I believe that some small things need attention. For instance: the scent machines in the elevators need to be refilled/replaced as they have not kept a pleasant scent in the elevators. Also, the people with pets are not keeping the place as clean as it should be. They sometimes use the restroom in the elevators and the owners decided to just keep moving. There is one bench in the weight room that is extremely wobbly and a different company than the others. This is extremely dangerous and creates even more traffic and less room in the gym. Recently, the front desk employee in the South Tower has been a security guard who lays on the couches rather than sitting behind the desk. Overall I am extremely satisfied with the quality of the apartment complex, but I do believe that a few things can be improved on. Thank you
