I have loved living here for almost 4 yrs…. Until last year….now I hate being here It’s stressful and parking has become a headache. You can never find a spot, but they’re charging us $25 for parking out of nowhere and half the time the gate is broken. Plus $55 tickets if you park on the retail level. Also an additional $35 monthly fee for a keyless entry lock that we did not ask for. Most importantly the significant rent increases ranging between $100 to $250. This has always been a tight knit community with the majority of my neighbors residing here well over five years. Now, there are a large number of the residents who are leaving or contemplating leaving. I no longer look at this place as the Goodwynn it’s the Badwynn.

EXCELLENT OFFICE STAFF, very friendly and helpful. The building looks amazing and clean, and supports modernity. The area is amazing.

Living here these few months jabe been pretty good. Maintenance is great and issues get resolved quickly. The leasing team is nice and helpful and the overall apartment environment and location is nice. Although, one thing im not the greatest fan of (which hasn’t been a grave issue lately) is when the fire alarm was constantly going off. It was pretty annoying at times, but seems to be better as of late.
