I have lived here almost 4 years. And loved the convenience and accessibility and perks of the building. There is a marshalls, publix, restaurants, costco , all within walking distance.

A great place to be, a better place to live.

The Goodwynn at Town Brookhaven is a tremendous place to live. It is convenient and nearby restaurants and entertainment. There are plenty of nearby resources such as fitness centers as well as super markets and other retail. I would absolutely refer this location to anyone that is looking for a vibrant place to live with city amenities that are not quite in the constant action of the city.

I’ve been here for 3 years, and I have no complaints. The leasing office ladies are awesome, maintenance team is helpful and pleasant, quiet/clean building, and great location.
