I’ve been here for about 3 weeks and have been much impressed with all the employees i’ve encountered. Recently for example I had the pleasure of interacting with Kathleen and Gerae at the front desk. Personable, professional and likeable, i think sum them both up well. Two personalities that i would want, ‘face-forward’ in my business. My “hat-is-off” to the hiring manager.

I am currently on a planned long-term stay here, and I have only had pleasant surprises. The location is incredible, and the unit is beautifully decorated with all new appliances. The common areas are very well-maintained and pleasant, and the staff is attentive. I would particularly like to thank Gerae for her dedication and flexibility during the application process and for her constant attention to ensuring the stay is always comfortable and accommodating.

I’m new to the Atlanta area and needed a short term living solution and this place does not disappoint. Gerae provided a great overview during my tour and her and the team made move in easy. She was kind and welcoming. I was less than satisfied with the process in between, but I think that was largely due to the intervening holiday. The building is in a great location - very safe with lots to do and see. The building feels secure and is very clean and my interactions with the staff, while limited left me satisfied. Everyone is very nice and helpful. The building gym is bad, it’s not a gym, its a room with a mirror and some stationary bikes. However, there is a gym a block a way with all anyone would need. Nearby restaurants and shopping are fantastic. The units are small, but furnished, so for those looking for something for a few months or even a year, it’s perfect. I’m really happy that I chose to live here.

Scout Living has been an excellent place to stay during my extended work assignment in Atlanta. The location is incredibly convenient—right next to Ponce City Market and the Atlanta Beltline—offering a wide variety of dining options and recreational activities. The leasing team is attentive and truly stands out for their exceptional customer service. Leasing specialist Gerae was extremely responsive and helpful while I was still searching for a place to stay, ultimately assisting me in finding a home with Scout Living.

The location is great, the concept for work,live,play is great and to top it all off, the Staff Members are Great, especially Trey who introduced us to Scout Living! Will definitely return again and look forward to even more developments at this location.
