Best place to live in Midtown

I have lived here for over 4 years. Whenever I think about looking for a new place to live I look over my balcony at piedmont park and realize there is not a more beautiful view in the whole city. Great building for mature professionals.

Building staff keeps closing tickets that are not fixed.

We’ve lived here for over 2 years and it has been an amazing community. Recently, however the staff has been closing tickets submitted through the rent cafe portal and not fixing the items. This is a new occurrence and we are disappointed about it. Especially since the building keeps raising our rent each year.

Great living in Midtown

You can’t beat the location in Midtown and generous floor plans. If there is a challenge it’s how expensive the rent has become over the last couple of years.

Excellent place to live.

We have lived at Piedmont House for one year. It has been a very pleasant experience. Management, maintenance staff, reception, cleaning are all competent, efficient and friendly. Common areas are nicely furnished, clean and well maintained. The fitness rooms and pool are well-equipped, clean and well-maintained. The location is very good: next to Piedmont Park in the middle of Midtown. As a place to rent in Midtown Atlanta, it would be hard to beat.
