Overall very happy!

I just moved in this week. So far very happy with the quakity of my apartment unit and the location. The staff is very helpful! Stacie and Megan helped with a smooth move in process. My only complaint in the main elevator has been out of order for the whole week I’ve been here which has been a huge inconvenience since it is the only way to get to the leasing office, the package room, and back to my floor from the beltline without walking around the entire building. I heard from other residents this happens often too. I’m hoping they get it fixed soon and it stays fixed because otherwise I am very happy!

Great location, sufficient amenities

I've lived here for almost two years. The property is kept in good shape overall, and the location is unbeatable. However, rent does feel a bit high. The main elevator is rather slow, and there are frequently issues with any 1 of the 3 elevators and either one of the parking garage entrances. Office staff are lovely and maintenance responds to requests promptly and effectively. I may sign another year depending on the value.

Just renewed my lease

Been living here for the past 2 years and just renewed my lease for another 14 months. Location is great! Direct access to the Beltline making it easy to get to other neighborhoods by foot. Maintenance staff is superb - I don't think I've waited more than two days for repairs and if its urgent they get it done immediately (other than the elevator repairs which seem to happen frequently lately, but this in itself doesn't affect me). Fairly new staff and I don't know them well, but Nia is still around which is great. One thing I wish they have is free guest parking for when you have friends over instead of having them pay $12. Other than that I am pretty happy with the building.
