-Staff is very helpful and try to do everything they can to make things work overall -The overall care of the surrounding areas can improve or be better kept (entrance doors, garden areas, parking need some fixing) -There has been a pest issue for several months already that doesn't seem to get under control -The valet trash policy for residents' violations should be more enforced.

This complex has a great location and it is a nice, quiet place to live. The property gets consistent maintenance and cleaning, and the finishes are nice. During my lease most of my neighbors have been friendly and respectful, but I have had a few minor undesirable experiences with other neighbors taking little care in the building: leaving litter in the parking garage, halls, elevators and smoking). Though management brings a cleaning crew somewhat frequently, some neighbors' carelessness detract from the otherwise excellent experience of living here.

I love living at the Marquis at Buckhead! The location is great - nature walking trails and city access. The residents are all very nice, social, and welcoming! I've made lots of friends while using the shared amenities and the staff and maintenance are wonderful people as well! All around great place to live and thrive.
