I've had an exceptional experience living here! From the moment I moved in, I’ve been consistently impressed with the quality of service, comfort, and community here. The management team is outstanding always responsive, friendly, and attentive to any concerns or requests. The maintenance staff is top-notch as well; any issues are addressed promptly and efficiently, often before I even get a chance to fully report them! The amenities are fantastic and well-maintained. The fitness center is well-equipped, the pool area is always clean and inviting, and the communal spaces are perfect for socializing or relaxing. I also appreciate the thoughtful landscaping and regular upkeep of the grounds, which always look beautiful and welcoming. The apartment itself is spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The overall atmosphere in the complex fosters a strong sense of community and safety, making it a great place to call home.

I am living in my FOURTH apartment in this complex. I have lived in Atlanta for the past ten years, and have always come back to this complex. It is the best value-for-money complex I've ever encountered. The prices are fair, the amenities are great, and there is no excessively luxurious amenities added to just raise the rents. I really feel like every dollar ends up visibly in the landscaping, services, security, and staff. It is the perfect balance for working young professionals in Brookhaven, Buckhead, Chamblee, and Atlanta.
