Slow maintenance
I’ve been here three months and they still haven’t fixed my cracked window that is letting moisture and hot air into my room It’s been almost a month and I still haven’t had my front door fixed which I cannot enter. I have to to enter through the garage. It’s very annoying. On the upside landscaping is out at least twice a week so I get to hear leaf blowers and weed trimmers regularly On the downside, the waist collection baskets for animals are rarely emptied, and they are overflowing most days
Quiet and clean
I’m having a great time living here. The neighbors sre nice and the neighborhood is clean an quiet.
MAA Resident
For the most part, MAA Oglethorpe is a good community. The location is great and maintenance does a great job maintaining the property. My main issue is the residents in the community. Some do not pick up after their dogs, and our neighbors who live above me constantly stomp and blare music on a speaker. We have tried to reach out to management but we have received no response.
Overall Peaceful but with occasionally nosy neighbors.
Overall peaceful but my room is not soundproof probably because of faulty door. I can hear my TV noise from outside and can hardly hear any noise from other rooms. There have been occasional stalking from both residents and outsiders since I moved in here.
