A Mixed experience at best

Residents should document all conditions upon arrival, as management has been known to charge for pre-existing damages upon move-out. Security is inconsistent, with broken gates and multiple incidents of police activity, including a shelter-in-place event in recent years. Management has proven to be unresponsive, with policies that seem more focused on their own interests than resident concerns. Neighbor experiences can vary, ranging from indifference to outright disruption, with issues such as abandoned vehicles, frequent loud disturbances, and recreational drug use affecting the quality of living. recycle and trash

Trash is many times overflowing- not sure if it is what folks are putting in it or a maintenance issue. Recycle add a section near the front or another area if possible

Overpriced

I've struggled with this review for days, but now I'm ready to speak my peace. I like the location of the property and friendliness of the staff but this property is overpriced. My faucets constantly drip and that's not normal, regardless of how nice the staff makes excuses for it. My rent constantly goes up every month and I don't understand why. The community garbage is constantly overflowing, when it could easily be under control. There are other things that bother me, but for this price, I should have no complaints. However, I do, every month.

Slow maintenance

I’ve been here three months and they still haven’t fixed my cracked window that is letting moisture and hot air into my room It’s been almost a month and I still haven’t had my front door fixed which I cannot enter. I have to to enter through the garage. It’s very annoying. On the upside landscaping is out at least twice a week so I get to hear leaf blowers and weed trimmers regularly On the downside, the waist collection baskets for animals are rarely emptied, and they are overflowing most days
