The apartment complex is quiet and clean! Lived yere for two years and have no complaints. Onpynissue we really has was when it gets cold there would he a draft from thw balcony doors. Staff and maintenance are friendly and quick to fix the problem!

This community has some positive attributes—the grounds are generally well-maintained, and the location is convenient for those working in the Perimeter area, with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. However, the living experience has been frustrating. The rental prices are high compared to the outdated units, which feature inexpensive appliances and require frequent maintenance. Unfortunately, service requests are not always handled in a timely manner, and central AC units are old, often inefficient, and affected by mold issues that remain unaddressed despite complaints. Upon move-in, the unit was not properly cleaned and had noticeable damage. A requested walkthrough was never conducted, and certain promised features, like a fireplace and full balcony, were missing. Residents should document all conditions upon arrival, as management has been known to charge for pre-existing damages upon move-out. Security is inconsistent, with broken gates and multiple incidents of police activity, including a shelter-in-place event in recent years. Management has proven to be unresponsive, with policies that seem more focused on their own interests than resident concerns. Neighbor experiences can vary, ranging from indifference to outright disruption, with issues such as abandoned vehicles, frequent loud disturbances, and recreational drug use affecting the quality of living. Overall, while the location and exterior upkeep may be strong points, significant improvements in management, maintenance, and security would be necessary to justify the high cost of living here.
