I am renewing my lease and can't say enough good things about MAA Midtown. The front office staff is always available and helpful. Maintenance is the best I have ever experienced. Maintenance usually comes the same day. Both the front office and the maintenance team are why I decided to renew my lease. Having said that, the building is newer construction and is well maintained. I rarely hear my neighbors.

The location of MAA midtown is unequaled. The Concierge and ammenities are 5 star. We love renting here.

When looking for an apartment while not being in Atlanta, I was very nervous for how the process was going to go. However, MAA Midtown made the process extremely simple and easy. From personalized video tours to asking any sort of question, they helped everg step of the way. I have loved living at MAA Midtown these first few weeks.
