I have had great experiences and interactions with MAA staff and my neighbors alike. My only gripe is the cleanliness could be much better amongst the common and dog areas. Otherwise my family and I like it here.

To avoid

No response to emails, maintenance requests. Once the lease is signed, you are done. You are on your own. Gated community and gate is broken 50% of the time. Entrance to the building more often unlocked than locked. Elevators stop working if there is thunderstorms.

MAA Lenox

I have been here for three years and I can say that I started on a high, then went in a down cycle and now it appears the community is back on an upswing. Parking is great and in the Midrise we have space for visitors. I like the concierge package system. Maintenance is awesome. Now if the Midrise can get them to open the community room for the midrise occupants to enjoy, that would be the icing on the top. Rent is not the lowest but not the highest in the neighborhood either. Kudos to the management team for the improvements.
