Management is unreliable and unavailable. They constantly push you off and respond at times when they are not in the office. The appliances are cheap and small.

Overall, MAA Lennox is a great place to call home. Location is perfect because it’s near almost everything. Issues that could be better is the elevator service,a trash container in the parking lot on the second floor because some residents drop trash near the outside elevator door in mid~rise of apartment.The gate enter mid~rise elevator and cameras are needed. Dog owners are not picking up dog poop in hallways.

Iove this property and the improvements that theyre making to it. Staff are pretty friendly and usually pretty helpful. Maintenance tends to be a little slow to return call but unfortunately I’ve had to call on Sunday late afternoons. So i wont hold thst against them. Guest Parking is definately my least favorite.

Cohntless people have gotten their car broken into, rent has increased over the past few years and theres no security in sight.

Trying to get in contact with a manager is next to impossible. You would think paying a premium to live in Buckhead the staff would make themselves readily available. I have tried many times to reach the manager but yet there has been no resolve. Not what I expect from a management company and how i woukd run ny business.
