Living at MMA Centennial Park for over a year has given me mixed feelings about the place. On one hand, the amenities are great, especially the pool and its location. However, several minor issues piled up, making it tough to live there long-term. Things like residents not cleaning up after pets, frequent fire alarms, broken door and lock systems, and a tight parking garage that made towing impossible were constant annoyances. But the biggest issue was the huge rent increase, which made all those little problems seem much worse for the price.

The experience of living here hasnt been the greatest , ive encountered numerous things that have made me want to move but unfortunately i cant. The parking here is a huge issue i dont understand nor have i lived anywhere where i have to pay for parking let alone guests i have over have to pay for it as well and not only that theres only 16 spots for a full two buildings?? makes no sense. You have every single door that has a lock to get into it and dont get me wrong thats great love security but what stops someone from opening the door for someone. My thing is why dont you do key fobs anymore but you have an app to access the building that goes down. You have police here all the time catching an attitude trying to get into the building . The only and i mean only thing thats great about this place is the rent price and the staff other then that there really isnt much to this place and if i had the option i wouldnt have moved here.

Wanted to leave a review about my wonderful experience! Huge shoutout to Brenton and all of the leasing staff who were always happy to step in if I called and brenton was not available. Until this day anytime I need anything Brenton is always helpful and responsive. I know places can get busy but it means alot to still be taken care of even after my move in. This is a beautiful community, with clean and well maintained amenities, & most of all everything about my unit that I leased has checked all of my boxes and this very picky lady has had no complaints. Happy to have to struck gold with this Atlanta property!

My ac has gone out multiple times during the summer. Parking is a joke. Paying to park my car where i live feels like robbery.
