So I have been here for 6 months. It is a decent price for the location. The maintenance staff and women in the front office are awesome. I mistakenly thought that no one used the grills because they regularly clean them! The women in the front office are awesome. Sami is incredibly patient and welcoming! The place has its struggles. It is right by the railroad tracks. So factor in that noise. I am fortunately on the other side of the building. You also have to go over several speed bumps before you get to a parking spot. If you arrive after 7pm plan on parking on the 7th or 8th floor. They also send the same three emails over and over again about parking, speeding, and garbage valet rules. Still given the price, responsive staff, and location I have little regrets.

I’ve only been living here for a few months, but it has been a very pleasant experience so far. The grounds are always nicely maintained and well kept. The building interior is consistently clean and smells fresh. Maintenance has been professional, quick to respond, and efficient at resolving any issues that arise. As for the apartment itself, I feel like you get a great amount of square footage for the cost. The staff are very polite, professional, and clearly work hard to ensure residents’ needs are met (Sam is a gem) and that any concerns are addressed promptly. The office staff truly go above and beyond. I had a very small window of time to move in, and they worked diligently to make sure everything was ready so I could move in when I needed to. The only issue I have experienced is with parking. I would prefer assigned parking because it can be frustrating to come home and find that all the parking on my floor is already taken. Other than that, my experience has been very positive. I’ve even recommended this complex to two people so far.

Parking situation is bad, not enough spots. Often had to park two floors above my floor due to non resident cars in lot, fullsize trucks do not fit in parking spot and should not be aloud to park in parking deck due to lack of space for two cars to pass each other. packages often lost or stolen. Often smell of cigerette and weed smoke coming through windows. gate is often broken. Staff has been great though.

A great place to live in terms of quietness. However, the amenities in my apartment are very old and broken. I called maintenance multiple times and nothing have changed. Hence increasing my Gorgia power bills. I am barely home and i do laundry twice a month, cooked twice a month but my Gorgia power is over $200 due to old gadgets. When I moved in last year the building was always clean and smells so fresh. Now everywhere is dog pee and stool.

Im a recent move in. Parking is crazy, its almost as if its overly crowded. Also, at night it gets a little active for a lack of better words outside at the front and I don’t like that. It’s not a good look a little too much hang out if I must say.
