Overall fairly positive experience
I have lived here for a few years and for just living here and not needing more, my overall experience has been positive. My main qualm is when I need to interact in any way with management to get something done. Every year lease renewal and emailing in order to get things done is the slowest and most painstaking process possible. This is furthered by the fact that there is no move-in process provided (e.g., moving in you typically receive keys for the mailbox etc, and general information about the complex). I received none of these things and have not seen it done for others either. Lastly, if anything goes wrong (mainly with rentcafe) it is incredibly exhausting to receive responses with no updates for months. Otherwise, the overall living community is safe, access to the beltline is great, and the neighbors are kind.
Great place to live
I like living here and feel it is a space place, great location. I wish there was more parking for guests. Staff are attentive and very friendly.
