Pet Policy

Highland Square Apartment Homes actively participates in a community Pet Screening process. A one-time non-refundable pet fee of $400 for 1 pet or $600 for 2 pets is due up-front, as well as monthly pet rent of $15 per pet. These fees are determined by completing a questionnaire for each pet using a third-party vendor, Pet Screening. There is a two pet maximum per apartment home.
