I've lived here for almost two years. Great staff, maintenance crew that makes you feel cared for. Regular social events for the residents; the community is conveniently located near multiple shopping centers, the mall, and the highway.

I am currently dealing with a billing dispute with Windsor Communities (High Street Atlanta) following my move-out. I lived here for a period of time before moving out in February 2026. I paid a $4,190 lease buyout fee (equal to two months’ rent), and my move-out date was accepted and processed. However, after vacating, I was charged additional rent through a 60-day notice period, resulting in a remaining balance of $2,906.63. At no point during the process was it clearly communicated that I would be responsible for both a buyout fee and continued rent after move-out. The buyout agreement itself states that it cuts off liability for future rent, which conflicts with how these charges were applied. I have attempted to resolve this directly with both the property and corporate management, but the charges remain. This matter has now been formally submitted to the Georgia Department of Law’s Consumer Protection Division. More broadly, this experience reflects a pattern of poor management. Communication was often unresponsive, and billing errors (such as duplicate parking charges) had to be identified and corrected on my end. While maintenance requests were addressed, the overall build quality of the unit and fixtures was poor and required ongoing attention. Overall, this was a frustrating experience and not reflective of the rent being charged. Based on this experience, I would not recommend living here. There are significantly better-managed properties in the area at similar price points.

Living at High Street Apartments has been nothing but amazing! From the tour, signing my lease, and living in my dream apartment, the entire experience has been seamless and enjoyable. This was my very first apartment, and the bar has truly been set high. I chose High Street due to the location and amenities; however, the team is what truly sealed the deal for my decision. The complex remains clean and well organized, creating a comfortable and welcoming environment. The staff is exceptional and always quick to respond to any issue or concern, which provides great peace of mind. In addition, the High Street team and their coordinated events make it feel like more than just an apartment complex, it truly feels like a community. I am grateful to call High Street home and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place that combines quality living with outstanding service.
