Lots of construction around and noise reduction isn't good.
Just moved in about a week ago. It's been great so far, I really enjoy the amenity spaces. I also think the staff are really nice. My only complaint is the noise around midtown and the construction around during the day,

Tens on West
Since living here I have had great experiences with the staff and the amenities. The common areas are always clean and the maintenece team is great.
