As a mom 3000 miles away, the team at Porter Westside made me feel so comfortable digitally signing a lease on a unit sight unseen for our son. I had a few worries being so far away and this being his first apartment by himself, but Karimah and Tiame answered every question every time I called. We love the community so much we are renewing our lease for his senior year of college. The community is well kept, clean and provides a safe environment.

I’ve lived here for three years and I could not be happier. The value for the amount of space I have in the location is unmatched, but the best part about this place is the Leasing Office ever since we were bought by style residential. All I’ve done is rave about how incredible the entire team is no matter who they bring in, maintenance included. This place is definitely a hidden gem.

Wonderful location, staff, and amenities! The maintenance team is very knowledgeable and swift with requests. The parking is difficult especially for visitors. It is also difficult to gain access ro rooms with large items.
