Decent size but finishes are lacking.

I've resided in this unit for over three years. While the space is adequate in size, the finishes are lack luster. The cabinets have cheap paint that chips easily chips and the floors finish peels off. Noise from neighbors is a constant issue. The hallways are regularly littered with trash, and the dumpsters downstairs are often overflowing. The Dog Park is not maintained well or at all, with a persistent smell in the summer that prevents enjoyment of the balcony. Elevators frequently malfunction, and there is a noticeable lack of security presence in the building.

Comfortable and Affordable

Bell Collier had been a godsend. We moved from kansas city for work. It is within 5 miles driving distance to my job and in a great location in midtown with some walkability. If prices stay where they are, i can see staying here for a while
