Lived here two years. Maintenance staff is amazing but front desk staff is very lacking. Condescending and petty. Glad I left.

Great place to live, four stars

I have lived at Arium/Aven Chastain for 4 years and have enjoyed living here. The best things about the complex are number one its location. Kroger is right across the street, there are good restaurants directly next to it and Target is only a mile down the road. The second best thing is the maintenance staff. They are usually quick to respond and very professional. The amenities, such as the gym and pool area, are nice and maintained well enough. My biggest complaint is the leasing office has a lot of turn over and the complex itself has changed hands three times in the four years I've been here. It's lead to lot of confusion and miscommunication, which was always resolved eventually but could have been avoided more often than not. Even though I am moving (to be closer to my job downtown) I would still recommend it as a great place to live to anyone who asked.
