I enjoy living in this apartment community. The neighborhood is welcoming, the property amenities are great, and everything is always well-maintained. The Argo staff provides excellent service—they’re friendly, courteous, and very responsive. Overall, a wonderful place to call home!

The Argos has a fantastic location and one of the best apartment gyms I’ve seen. The leasing staff were friendly during day-to-day interactions. However, the building has very poor soundproofing — I could hear nearly every step from the unit above. My car was also booted multiple times in a designated EV parking space. While I was reimbursed for rides, the overall compensation was minimal. The biggest frustration came at move-out. I was told in writing I had until August 2 to pay my balance, yet my online portal was removed early and I was initially refused payment. I had to make an extra trip after work to finalize something I had been trying to resolve for days. This community offers great amenities, but strict policies and inconsistent handling of resident concerns made my final experience here disappointing.

I've been here for over a year, and the units and staff are wonderful! They are extremely helpful and always pleasant to talk to. I've never had an issue with any of them, and they truly care about the property and the residents (This includes the maintenance staff who are always polite and accommodating). Amenities are great and convenient as well as fun - pool tables and ping pong table is great option for a friends' night in! The only thing that has gotten extremely annoying is the continuous Contruction and the beeping from the equipment or slamming of dump truck tail gates. This wasn't an issue at first but has gotten progressively worse through the year. The beltline extension is taking forever to complete, and they are past their due date of completion from what I was told when I first moved in so if you work from home and are facing the construction site, please keep this in mind. (It probably can't be heard from the other sides of the building, though). Also - it doesn't help that the workers seem to just stay in reverse and look at their phone for 30 minutes so the beeping can drive you nuts when trying to work. Honestly, I thought they were doing it on purpose because they have to hear that sound echoing off our exterior walls but maybe they don't or just don't care. For the past year, they've just used the site as a dumping ground for a giant dirt mountain that sometimes disappears and then it will be back the next day or the following week. I'm pretty sure it's just a place they store dirt and rock for offsite projects. It's not all going down the end of the project. The road to exit/enter off Glenwood is severely damaged with massive cracks from the trucks exiting the construction site. Bumpiness is a bit hard on your car, but the property itself is beautiful and well kept. Residents are friendly and have had no issues. Everyone has been courteous and friendly and there is a sense of real community here!

Great community to live! The staff are wonderful and are very quick to respond if questions or issues come up. Jerrin and Tres have been great as well as our new resident employee, Shovoka. The maintenance staff are also quick to respond, and they have always given me a heads up before they enter the apartment. The neighbors are also friendly, and the dogs seem to get along fairly well. Construction on the beltline is still ongoing, and the noise level can be annoying when they are backing up their equipment (beeping can get redundant) but hopefully it will be over soon, and the beltline will be finished. My unit faces the construction, so it is probably worse for me than the other side. The location couldn't be any better if you like to walk.
