Comfy and Convenient
Though there has been an increase in the apartment rates, High Ridge is a well maintained complex with friendly staff and neighbors. It is quiet, beautiful, and conveniently located to reach most places in Athens within 15 minutes.
Love living here
I absolutely love living at High Ridge. The complex is in an awesome area yet its peaceful due to the wooded area that surrounds it. The staff is amazing & always helpful when needed.
Loud music and cars
The people under us play loud music all the time and we are also having a hard time parking near our building we have notice spots are always full and 2 vehicles that haven’t moved since we been there.
$1300 for a one bedroom
Too expensive for a one bedroom. Seems like everybody is jumping on the inflation bandwagon. It’s a nice place but not worth the amount a house would have cost two years ago. It’s not a luxury apartment by any means. $1300 ($1450 after water/trash and extended fees) for a one bedroom apartment is ridiculous.
