Great community, but on the expensive side

The neighborhood is in a great location close to the highway and loop, several grocery stores and restaurants. We enjoy being able to go for walks on the well maintained sidewalks.

Great location, nice townhouses. Pet rent is a profit center…not customer friendly charge. Lots of plus charges.

Submitted an emergency maintence request for broken AC and have yet to hear back 5 days later. I’ve continued to reach out with no success in speaking to an employee or maintenace member from the Preserve. The staff is an absolute joke.

I have lived here for just iver a year. The property is well maintained and is close to most needed services. The pool area was recently updated and so was thw units. Over all its not a bad plaxe tonlive just alittle over priced.

Since management changed we have been strapped with excessive fees. I have lived here over 4 yrs and the trash pickup was included. In addition, I l already paid a pet deposit. With tribridge, trash is now CHARGED in addition to rent MONTHLY, pet fees are MONTHLY AND Tribridge is now charging the tenants THEIR Liability insurance MONTHLY. GREED in its finest form.
