Poorly built and poorly managed

Two weeks ago I set up our account and listed in that set up my bank accounts information. BUT it never verified my banking information. My son had to hand deliver money to the rental office in order to move in. Now today I want to set up auto pay. My bank accounts are listed but when I go to set up auto payment my banks (no bank) is given as an option. I've been fighting and begging for help for over three weeks now. Can't you help me do EXACTLY what I'm suppose to do so I can have just one less worry. This lack of assistance in trying to do the right thing isn't fair. NOT ONE RENTAL MANAGEMENT OFFICE STAFF MEMBER CAN HELP ME.

Great staff. I don’t currently live here yet, but I soon will. There was something wrong in my application Rosemarie made sure it was handled in a very timely manner. She’s great, the apartments themselves are spacious and seems quiet. I CANT WAIT. You should definitely try to rent here
