Overall very happy

Overall my experience here for the last year or so has been great! The only thing I can think of that is sometimes a little but frustrating are the people above me that bang and yell incredibly loudly on occasion. It's not that often maybe once a month so not sure what is up with that lol but not a huge issue. I have never formally complained or anything.

This apartment is the best i've ever lived in. Hands down everything is amazing. Great location, great staff, great maintenance. I have literally zero complaints. And i've lived in a few different apartment complexes in my life and this is by far the best experience I've ever had.

Apartments with Best Location

Having lived here five years, I feel I am entitled to brag about the Bell Apartments. The apartments are a bit older than many, but they have been well-maintained and updated. I love that our 2-bedroom apartment has two walk-in closets. The landscaping with mature shade trees as well as flowers and blooming shrubs are beautiful. The location can't be beaten. It is close to everything one could need: restaurants, shopping, walking trails, churches, and even the police department to help residents feel very safe!

Nice and affordable.

With recent remodeling, the Bell Apartments in Alpharetta are newer and less expensive than most apartments, particularly considering it's across the street from the Avalon. Maintenance is 15 minutes after you place a work order, and the office staff is always friendly and helpful.
