When you enter the gate on this expansive 1.25-acre lot, you will have private class A parking for large vehicles. You will notice the large front patio when entering the home. With over 1400 SQF of living space, you will walk through the large living room to a modern kitchen with granite and stainless steel. To the east side of the home, you will have a large bedroom and full-size bathroom. The west side you will have the master suite with a large walk-in shower. At the back of the home, you will step onto a huge 30-foot screen-in porch decorated with outdoor furniture, refrigerator, and protected from the Florida bugs. When you step off the porch, you will appreciate the tranquil backyard views, including a fully fenced private yard that backs to a canal. Nightly and weekly stays may be available based on a 5 day minimum. Call for availability. Occupancy tax will apply for any stays 6 months or less in accordance with Florida state law.
