The Villages At Tarpon

I've lived here approx 8 years. I would and do highly recommend for people to live here. It's a Walkabout town. Most of what you need is with in a mile, so walking is good for the heart. Friendly community, Trolley is fun to ride and very inexpensive. Maintenance could be improved, slow response time except in an emergency, lawn maintenance does a great job. It's a clean, neat area, I feel reasonably safe living here in the area. Try us, you'll like us...

My door lock was to be replaced, that was 2 years ago, still has not happened. We have 2 dryers, 1 has been down for approx 3-4 MONTHS. The lawn is under a Service so it works. I have had a leaking Air Filter area that requires me to keep a bucket hanging, in the several Years they have Cleared? the line. They put this Blue gunk around the pipes but It still leaks water onto floor. MOLD. The cove ceiling keeps dropping pieces of the grout, past 6 years. The Location is Fantasic, public transportation abt a block away. The Apt's are Very nice and I feel safe here. Neighbors are friendly but not nosy. I always recomend these apt's for people who are looking.
