The apartments are in a nice location and the workers are great, but there’s a ton of noise, a guy behind the apartment complex that likes to play his speakers way too loud at all hours of the day and night, kids and people running/talking loudly in the corridor between apartments and there are some things they won’t maintenance correctly because they don’t have specialists.
