Last resort

In the 7 years I have lived in this complex, I am going to utterly happy when we leave. This apartment complex has routinely got worse and worse by the year. I can't wait to leave. You can't get maintenance to come and when you report it its said 'we don't have many maintenance people on our team currently.' This excuse has been giving since COVID. They have more maintenance now then they did pre covid so thats saying something. Maintenance man delete your tickets as if you never placed them then when reported to office they ask you to put one in so the office can say they receieved it. I've been living with mold in my cieling 2 years now, its been checked two times with promises they'll be back. No matter how many times i report to office. Got into it with Manager recently her saying I never reported, not expecting me to pull out reciepts with dates and times of when I reported. I plan to leave this month I refuse to renew and if anyone ask me for opinions I will be directing them to my ring doorbell videos of the maintenance men degraded residents in their own homes. I am over this place and will be happy when my family and I move out. Don't rent from Sanctuary at Highland Oaks you will grow to regret it. Ontop of the fact they let ANYONE move in no matter your credit just as long as you make 3.5 times the rent. That gives you an idea of who all lives here.

Great Experiences

I have been here over 10 Year and this has been the best place that I have live since leaving Texas. The staff has always been king and helpful tp me and my wife as we have met and associated with many of them throughout all of our years here.
