Quiet complex
I wonder why management is spending the money on making the apartments "SmartHomes" instead of using that money to update the apartments with new countertops, cabinets, carpeting, etc. I think it's ridiculous. I have been waiting 6 months for management to contact me with a carpet company to come look at the carpet. It's bunching up like a throw rug. I put in a work order for this and other items in December. The other items have been taken care of but not this. It's becoming a tripping hazard now. Something needs to be done. The manager does nothing except hide behind closed doors in the office. As long as rent is paid...............
