Over priced compared to what's out there?Save prices it's newer apartments. Do not care about tenants only money. Shoddy work as far as cabinetry,kitchen and maintence. Left town for family emergency, rent was still paid But apartment was broke into, and someone squatted there but nobody noticed. Get evicted for it when they think i'm still going to pay after eviction. Didn't it give me a chance to get back to town to get my things. Would not return any phone calls.

I have had an issue that has now been ongoing for over a month with no transparency or meaningful resolution. I submitted my Emotional Support Animal (ESA) documentation more than a month ago. I was recently informed that my request was denied because the property claims they contacted my healthcare provider and “received no response.” However, no actual proof of this outreach was provided, despite the email stating that documentation was enclosed. Over the last month, I have personally contacted my provider multiple times. Each time, I was told no fax, email, or verification request was ever received or reviewed. This directly contradicts what management is claiming. Despite repeated requests, the property has not provided any direct contact information for the corporate or legal team making these decisions. All communication is filtered through leasing staff, leaving residents with no way to verify claims, clarify denials, or resolve disputes. This process has been unnecessarily prolonged, opaque, and dismissive, particularly for a disability-related accommodation. The lack of documentation, accountability, and access to decision-makers raises serious concerns about how these requests are handled. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this property. If you’re bringing in ESA pets they’ll tell you to submit documentation to support the claim and then it takes unnecessarily long to get approval. In my case they didnt inform me of a decision until AFTER i signed and made me pay the $700 fee and associated costs. I’ve tried resubmitting the documentation with the help of my licensed medical provider but I guess their home office knows more than a trained medical professional because they’ll find a new story to deny you everytime. 0/10 i hate this place and i hope someone sues them for blatantly going against fair housing laws.

I've been living here for about 3 years. Very quiet at night. I like how close it is to shopping. It doesn't have a gym, though, or a playground for the kids. The thing I dislike the most is that they are always raising the rent every year and forcing people to get renters' insurance, but they still can't install a gate by the crosswalk so residents could have easier access if they walk to school or the shopping malls. We have to go around to the one entrance, and when the hurricane hit, we were all trapped inside, with some buildings having no power. They make so much money off of renters, they should at least put a gate by the crosswalk and install backup generators so we can still have power during the storms.
