MThis property was probably very nice in the 1980’s. However over the years there have been major plumbing damage issues. The repairs costly at best are fixed in a sloppy manor. Not finessed to a quality finish. Messy caulking, lumpy & sloppy. Bathtubs painted with wall paint, not glazed properly. Drainage from gutters leaves a poolof water that seeps under the patio causing damage to inside walls. Mold in kitchen cabinets. Low flow toilets take forever it seems to refill. Inexperienced me. I didn’t look for issues before renting. The size is good, The view is nice. Nice people work here. Nine more months?

Office and Maintenance staff have been doing an excellent job with the resources provided. Still some security measures need to be enforced (security gate). Also lighting on tennis court needs repaired.
