Unhappy tenant

Staff is great, if I have a problem they try and solve the issue. Noise and loud thumping, banging, overly loud music or TV coming from the other tenants. Rent getting higher but I can't sleep in my own bedroom, or I'm woken up at 1 to 2 am from the loud thumping and banging which sometimes feels like someone rammed a car into the building.
