Lack of communication

If you have any maintenance issues or issues period good luck. They will not reach out to you after leaving multiple notices, texts, calls, or emails over a month period. Place is in decent condition but has constant back up issues. On the move out week everuthing backed up, the bathrooms downstairs, the sink and the dishwasher making it uninhabitable. They would not respond to getting it fixed.
