Great staff and quite neighborhood

It is a nice quite neighborhood with amazing staff in the office. All friendly staff and neighbors as well. Plenty of parking spots for everyone to park. The laundry mats that are on property arent as good as there are always machines down or that don’t properly work and sometimes maintenance is slow to repair or in my experience forget about fixing a work order that was put in 6+ months ago.

Everyone on the internet and on God's green earth knows this place isn't very good; I'm happy to either spoil this to the world, or be convinced not to. The Creative Loafing article alone should be enough ..... I'm happy to call innumerous friends and colleagues and students to tell them how much of a shithole this place is, but help me out.....
