What others love about this property:
Great but too expensive
It's a good place to live but the price has gotten out of hand. Also I wish the gym was bigger and better. The apartments across the street has an actual bench press machine and squat racks.
Expensive and disappointing
Just received a call yesterday from management claiming I do not pay my rent in full. I use rent cafe to learn my final balance and pay that amount in full. Manager states they left several notes on my door but I have not seen any notes. This is disheartening. Already, I feel I overpay for services that are not up to par such as the garbage concierge and gym equipment that need repairs or replacement. There is always dog urine in stair well, dog poop along the sidewalks since they do not offer a place for walking or relieving pets. If the fire alarms go off on weekends or after the office is closed, we have wait for hours before the ear-piercing sirens are disarmed - not an exaggeration. Maintenance requests take forever to complete. It is extremely noisy here and seldom can I get a full night's sleep without some loud disruption. Parking near your unit is a luxury. The floors are so slanted that when you close the refrigerator door the freezer door will always open. I've come home from work a couple of times to find the freezer totally defrosted. The type of residents allowed to live here makes me feel as if I am living in the freshman college dorms. Not planning to renew.
Good Apartment, but need much better service
The apartment comes at a pretty affordable price, with good views & surrounding. But the service needs to be a lot more better. Our remotes, which they collect $100 (for 2 remotes) still do not work all the time. Maintenance people take time to tend to needs.
Grounds need better upkeep- everywhere smells like poop
The grounds here have dog poop all over them. While walking you can smell it. Even laying by the pool you can smell poop which makes me not want to lay there. They are strict about valet trash cans outside the house, yet everyone leaves their garbage and unwanted furniture everywhere. The elevators constantly break and take forever to get fixed. Downed tree branches remain in the parking lot even though maintenance drives around on gold carts constantly. Mulch needs to be replaced. Its a great location and close to everything I need though. Gym is out of service, and which this complex usual response time, you're better off getting a free month and one of the gyms around here. Apartment had a shootout and they have yet to replace the windows/doors tomake this place look nicer.
