The location is good. Certain things need attention. Neignbors park haphazardly with no regard for the spaces and the boundaries. They just back in however they feel like. They also do not enforce pet waste clean up. The neighbor behind us leaves fresh dog poop for us by our sidewalk every morning. Nothing is being done by management. We will not be renewing our lease.

Great location and easy to get to all shopping districts, work locations and hospitals. One of the downfalls is that it is always losing power (even when there is no storm), it is a little pricey but after seeing some other locations rent rates here aren't so bad. Very quiet and respectable neighbors - I enjoy the size of my bungaloo-styled apartment.

I have lived here 2+ years. The neighbors and location are great. Pretty beat up inside (ie: seam at wall and ceilings are open and visible, all doors scratched up, very poor paint job, vanity in bathroom scratched up, tib is super small and has chips broken out of the tub). Lawn maintenance is not good. It's a shame that the cost of 500 sq.ft. is $1,080 and will probably go up next June when I have to decide if I stay or leave. I am 71 years old, disabled and rarely leave my apartment. My rent has gone up almost $100 since I moved in. I am only eating once a day because the rent is too high. I have Social Security only as my income and my rent alone is 56% of my income. Then electric bill, phone, insurance and bills, I eat tuna every single day. Do you have any special rates for elderly or disabled? I would like to stay here but I don't believe I can anymore.
