There are only two of us living in an apartment and they were charging us water and sewage for 6 of us

I thoroughly enjoy living here. Great price. Family oriented staff (especially Nancy). Great neighbors that mind their business yet helpful. Barely ever any noise (even from the street). Still awaiting the pool to be fixed but outside of that, cant get any better. Great appliances, nice vinyl floors, extra space, GREAT STORAGE SPACE, great natural lighting, full size patio. If that's not enough, tell the office and they will try to accommodate.

The only complaint i really have is maintenance doesn't finish or just neglects jobs, I've had no cover on my air conditioner for 2 years and a hole in my bathroom ceiling for 6 months

Location is fantastic, apartments are spacious, lots of improvements made over the last couple of years to the grounds and overall look. Management is quick to respond and maintenance issues are addressed in a timely manner but most importantly to me the communication is awesome and welcomed.
