Love living here!

I have been here almost two years, and I love living here. The staff is super friendly and caring and really go out of their way to help you. From the start of the application process the office team was professional and genuine, honest, and always helpful navigating each step. They answered all the questions and when there were unexpected bumps, they worked things out with me. The apartments are really big and spacious, and I did a lot of research in the area (years) since I am a Florida native. Now the one downside is, we all know, over the past few years rent prices have sky rocketed. That's not fun at all. But what they do I believe is increase you less than $50 a month when you renew the annual lease contract. I have not lived in apartments in over 20 years and I really was expecting more issues with the apartment lifestyle, that I am pleasantly surprised to say I do not experience here! It is not luxury or brand new in the units or on the exterior, but its clean enough. I truly appreciate that the rent does not increase dramatically from year to year, as I do not want to move around a lot. I was a homeowner and went back to renting, and the previous landlord raised rent annually by hundreds of dollars. I have peace of mind knowing that the management team values the residents and does not take advantage in that way.

The office staff has poor communication and lacks efficiency. It’s taking months to repair the patio in Building 14, which was first requested in March, and there’s been no progress as fall begins. Additionally, a bathroom repair order was placed with no update, and when asked for an update, the staff directed me to the portal rather than providing direct information. However, they are quick to contact you about lease updates. Are they waiting for winter to repair? Overall, the delay in repairs and lack of proactive communication is frustrating.
