Fair value

It's a nice place to live clean and mostly quiet however there's no way to get in touch with anyone if you need something. On occasion Neighbors play music too loud even though I've asked them several times to turn it down and they let their grandchildren come over and eat and drink foods and throw the stuff on the ground and they leave it there they also rent out rooms to strangers and sometimes they have up to four cars out front take up parking spots.

Nice surroundings

Nice place to live but it's hard to get in touch with the staff there's no phone number that reaches them and hardly ever anyone comes around.

Unreliable staff

You can never get in touch with anyone by phone or mail. Maintenance request go by without anyone ever showing up. Old appliances.
