I have been a tenant at Harbor Breeze for almost a year and will be renewing my lease because I enjoy it. I am pleased with the community, parking, staff (especially Becky), and maintenance crew. I only have 2 complaints. My first is that I live on the second floor and have a difficult time getting everything up and down the stairs at times. It would be helpful to have a pully system. The second would be that there is not a money transferring machine in the laundry room, and it is only available through the leasing office, which conflicts with my schedule since the office is closed in the evenings and weekends. Overall, I believe this is a good place to live and have no other complaints.

Maintenance is always there for you and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Harborbreez is the most affordable place to live in, in Stuart and the space is adequate.
