Poor rating because not peaceful living
The staff enter the apts 15+ times a year for various reasons, and none of them emergencies (for example, they bug spray each month, and then there are inspections, etc). It's causes incredible stress and inconvenience. Also, the lawn people and maintenance make alot of noise first thing in the morning (they run machinerey and air blowers down the hallways). Furthermore, the maintenance staff never properly fix anything. Finally, the last manager (the lady whom managed in 2023) was so rude and aggressive, and she even once came to my apt, demanding to come into it (and she made me late for work because of this) and accused me of yelling at the staff when I hadn't even spoken to the staff, and then realized later that she had the wrong apt. And there are many other horror stories with her. All in all, just not as peaceful a place as it looks or for what I pay for it.
Great place and neighborhood to live in
I have loved my experience living here at Legacy South Miami. Everyone from the neighbors to the maintenance team have been nothing but helpful. I have felt safe and very welcomes since i moved here. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to live in Miami.
