Awesome Community
Timberchase has been a nice, quiet and family community to live with. We ‘ve just moved early this year from another community but we can say we found our home. From the location itself to its people around, it was a best place to stay. The maintenance were so amazing and promptly take actions to our needs. The surrounding neighboors are nice and superb, mostly friendly and approachable, sending their positive vibes to each and everyone. The location is perfectly located to heart of city of sarasota, easy access to diffierent means of transportation, liesures, commercial establishments and even health care facility like hospital (SMH). The rent itself is acceptable and I can say resonable to a cosy and peaceful community to live with. Lastly, the kind, approachable staff, they’re so amazing with attending and assisting the needs of their clients. So highly recommended to rent, stay and live here in Timberchase ????????

I like living at Timber Chase. Apartments are nice, maintenance is always fast and doing their best. I love the new furniture at the pool!
Love living here
We lived here previously and we liked it then. We have moved back and feel right at home. The staff and the maintenance people are wonderful; very approachable. We are not far from the main roads, but it still feels quiet. We love our water view as well as the close proximity to the downtown area.
