Great location and love the layout of our unit but other than that, the property needs lots of work. Understaffed! Two maintenance men for a massive building. Theres never any cleaners around. Place is filthy and smells. It looks way older than 7 years since its been so let go.

I've lived at Arcos a few times now and it's so conveniently located to everything. Its resort-style amenities are also amazing. The pool is one of the nicer pools at apartment complexes downtown. I also love the gym. Parking is plentiful and the residents are awesome.
