This a great peaceful complex to live in and safe for kids. The only tink here is our gates baerly ever work. The new manager hear in not friendly. I have been here for 7 yrs. Yvonna has always been here help the tenants and making sure were up to date with everything that is required of us. The prices are high and our jobs are not giving out raises.

it is too expensive to live here...the front gate has worked maybe two weeks in total, in the five years that ive lived here...i cant speak about the current maintenance staff, but the last staff really lacked customer service and availability. there still is no recycling program, and the breezeway in my building has yet to be cleaned from the over spray, from when the railings were sprayed.
