Review of Property

I have been living here for a little over 3 years. the last 2 years the price increase on the rent has been drastically high. no upgrades in my apartment but the rent still going up. in my building there has been 2 different tenants in every apartment with the exception of the one on the bottom of me thats on its 3 tenant. this people really dont care if they keep you or not even if you are a loyal tenant with the office never having any issues with you or late rent pay. the maintance people are really good they come right away, parking is pretty good and the apartments are in a great location. But if you are raising rent like a crazy person well atleast throw a coat of paint on my walls or something.
