Max weight 75 lb each. Pet limit 2 allowed. Only one non-refundable fee of $500 for 1 pet or $700 for 2 pets due at move-in. Monthly pet fee of $20 for 1 pet or $30 for 2 pets. Two pet limit, full-grown maximum weight of 75 lbs. for each pet. Dogs and cats are most welcome. Pets must be house-broken and properly inoculated. Breed restrictions include but are not limited to: Akita, Husky, Chow, Pit Bull, Doberman Pinscher, Presa Canario, Elkhound, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, St. Bernard, Great Dane, Wolf Breeds.
