Great Community

I have lived here for the last two years, and so far, I have not had any issues. It's a quiet place to live. love my apartment, and especially since it was remodeled all my appliances were brand new when I moved in. One thing I have to say is that I would love to have an assigned parking space, sometimes I have to park really far from my building. I also wish the pool would be open a bit later.

Great Location

It is a great location, very quiet and close to the highway and supermarkets. The apartments are newly renovated which is a plus. There is sufficient parking and the Mar lago team is great. The only comment I have is the facilities. Our rent has gone up, but the facilities have not been upgraded. The gym has been closed for the past months without any confirmation when it will be opened. The dog park, playground are outdated and not everyone picks up after their dogs.

I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the wonderful apartment you have provided me with. As you may remember, I moved in back in December, and I have been thoroughly enjoying my new home ever since. First and foremost, I want to say how impressed I am with the overall condition of the apartment. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that the space had been meticulously cleaned and maintained. I was immediately struck by how fresh and modern everything looked, from the pristine appliances in the kitchen to the sleek finishes in the bathroom. I can truly say that this is one of the most well-kept apartments I have ever lived in. Of course, the location of the apartment is also a major selling point. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, and I appreciate how close I am to all the amenities I need, such as grocery stores, restaurants, and public transportation. It's also wonderful to have access to such beautiful outdoor spaces nearby, like the park and the riverfront. But what I love most about this apartment is how comfortable and homey it feels. The layout is perfect for my needs, and the natural light that floods in through the windows makes the space feel bright and welcoming. I especially appreciate the little details that make this apartment feel unique, like the built-in bookshelf in the living room and the charming balcony that overlooks the street. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my decision to move into this apartment. It has truly exceeded my expectations in every way, and I feel so fortunate to call it my home. Thank you for all your hard work in maintaining such a lovely property, and for making my move-in experience such a smooth and stress-free process.
